Users with Intacct Integration can create a form using the Intacct Personal Timesheet Cluster that integrates the entered time to Intacct through workflow action nodes.
Building a Form
In From Designer, drag the Intacct Personal Timesheet Cluster onto the form canvas. Click the canvas to open the properties. Clusters have header data and line item fields that are available by default. Header and line item fields can be setup with asset tagging and autofill, set to required, and toggled on and off.
In addition to the functionality of header fields, the line item fields have a 'is shared' icon that can be toggled on and off. If turned on, the icon will be blue. If turned off, the icon will be gray.
If a field is shared, it means the field will be shared across all entered days on the timesheet. If each day entry needs to be unique, you can turn off the 'is shared' icon. That field will be available for each day on a modal when you double click the hours field.
Timesheet Configurations
There are four Default Timesheet Configurations in the timesheet cluster properties: Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, and 1st -15th & 16th-end of month. The dates will auto-populate upon opening the form.
- The Daily configuration defaults to current day when you open a form.
- If the current date falls with 1-15th, the default begin date will be the 1st when you open the form. If the current date falls in the later range, beginning date will default to the 16th when you open the form. (Same logic is applied when date is changed manually)
Default Start Day of Week is a configuration for Weekly and Biweekly that sets the start day of the week in the timesheet cluster. The cluster will auto populate the grid based on the start day of week. If a user selects start date that is not the set start day of the week, it will default to the start day of the week.
