Forms for Change Forms, Funding Opportunities, and Grant Recommendations are available for submitting for Due Diligence.
Data Widgets present key insights for Fund Highlights, Contribution History, and Giving Details.

Configure text narrative on your DAF Portal Experience
Upload resources for Donor Advisors with helpful links to PDF’s and files.
Configure desired forms for form library options using form library and form wizard.
Use Data Widgets builder to create visualizations for portal experiences based upon GL Account Groups, Entities.
Set Tags for users to configure data sets.
Step 4: Change Forms Review
Donor Advisor has access to custom change forms for succession, address, advisor, etc.
The DAF creates work processes to support internal approval policies and update Advisor database values.
Forms Reside as part of Donor Channel for file management
Action:
Use the Library to download and review sample Change Forms.
Modify form dialogue to meet organizational requirements in forms designer.
Configure workflow for each change form including snippet text for denials and approvals.
Configure Asset Security access to limit/restrict certain data access in channels.
Step 5: Funding Pledge
Donor Advisor creates Short form request with basic information regarding a funding opportunity.
The contact for prospective recipient will be sent Website form Application Request, or Invitation to Grant Applicant portal with sponsorship from Donor.
Grant Making workflow initiates.
Grant Award is created as transaction in Intacct and payable.
Donor Advisor has access to custom change forms for succession, address, advisor, etc.
The DAF creates work processes to support internal approval policies and update Advisor database values.

Configure short form for Donor to summarize the cause and submit to Administration for initiating Grant Making Process. See Grant Making Process Flow.

Grant Request form is filled out with grant details.
Grant Request is reviewed my management and administrative teams.
Grant Invoice is Created

Modify Grant Request form to meet desired question header and detail cadence. Grant Request can end in both Purchasing Transaction Definitions or in AP Bill.
Configure workflow for desired approval workflows with action nodes to destination Intacct areas.
Create Insights for portal users to keep track of submitted forms for historical search and retrieval. You can do this with “My Invoices” view or by creating a standard insight query looking at the sourced form
