Submitting a Form
While you're in the process of filling out a form, be sure to save any changes made. The individual who ultimately presses the Submit button is known as the Submitter in the system.
Approving a Submission
Members are listed in the Members section to the right panel in a form submission, Coordinators are distinguished by a headset bubble icon. You can make notes using the chat function alongside the form and use the @ feature to directly communicate with a user within the system. This will notify them in their Inbox.
After completing your tasks on the submission and clicking Save, you can take one of three actions: approve, hold, or reject.
