Insights are conditioned data sets derived from Data Points captured on your forms. Each time data is received through an entity like a form you will receive a new notification in a colored bubble left of the Insight name.
Insights can be found in multiple locations:
- On the Dashboard view, you will see a list of all Insights received with notifications next to the news unseen insights.
- The Insight Library which is accessed by clicking the Insight icon in the main menu bar on the left.
The Insight Library view is made up of two panels:
- The Category panel is on the left side, all your insights are categorized based upon business desired organization (I.e. Accounting, Human Resources, Services, etc.) or however you prefer. The Search Insights bar allows the user to quickly search for desired insights.
- On the right side resides the insight’s data captured from the associated form and formatted in a grid list with each data header as a column.
