How To Fill Out A Form

There are two ways to begin a form in Omnidek; via the My Forms Section on the Dashboard or in the Form Hub’s “My Forms” Section. This article will deal with the Form Hub section.
 

Follow the steps below:

  • From the Dashboard; Navigate towards the “Form Hub” Tab
  • Click on the “Form Hub” Tab
  • Once the Tab open; You will be brought to the “My Forms” Section
  • Within this section, Scroll through the list to find your desired form
  • Once you find the form; simply click the “Fill Out” button to pull up a form submission and start filling out!
