How To Fill Out A Form – Omnidek

There are two ways to begin a form in Omnidek; via the My Forms Section on the Dashboard or in the Form Hub’s “My Forms” Section. This article will deal with the Form Hub section.

From the Dashboard; Navigate towards the “Form Hub” Tab
Click on the “Form Hub” Tab
Once the Tab open; You will be brought to the “My Forms” Section
Within this section, Scroll through the list to find your desired form
Once you find the form; simply click the “Fill Out” button to pull up a form submission and start filling out!
