Properties

Reference Name 
It is used in Insights to identify this question.

Requirements
No Spaces, Numbers, Special Characters, and limited to 20 characters

Caption
It is the Question name.

Caption Color
Determines the color of the Caption.

Caption Weight
Determines if the Caption is ‘Regular’ or ‘Bold’ font type.

Format
The format determines how the date is expressed.

Examples are:
dd/MM/yy and the date will appear 24/01/20.

Type
It determines if the Date Picker displays Date, Time, or Date and Time.

Picker Type
Determines what tool is used to select Date and Time.

Time Interval
Determines how many interval minutes do you want it to skip, i.e. 5, 10, 15, or 30. 

Hide Question
Determines whether the question is visible to users when they fill out the form.

Hide From PDF?
Determines whether the question is visible to users while on a PDF view.

Reference
This allows users to perform math with other values.

Use Value as Keyword
Flags the question to be viewed quickly in the Dashboard.

Keyword Color
Determines the background color of Answers that have been flagged as Keywords on the Dashboard.

Setup Security 
This is where you can set security for the question for an organization. You can choose what Is Hidden, Is Readonly, and/or Is Required for each organization.

Is Hidden
Determines whether this question is visible to certain organizations.

Is Readonly
Determines if an organization can only read the question and will not be able to change the answer.

Is Required
Determines which organization is required to answer the question or not.
