Note:
If you want to include an additional user to a conversation, but they are not included in the form’s workflow; you can do this by (Inviting Users) to a Form.
Follow These Steps:
- Once you have a form submission open (Via Inbox / Form Hub); locate the chat section of the form (Right-hand side)
* A Form must be saved before a chat section appears * - At the very top of the section, there should be the Text “Show Members”
- Click on this text to open the Chat’s Menu
- Underneath the Member List there is a button (Invite a User); Press this to start
- A Module will appear, and you must select the User and How you want the User to interact with the form via the “Invite as” question
- You can Invite them as an
- Approver – Are Present in the Forms Conversation, but can approve/deny/hold
- Viewer – Are Present in the Forms Conversation, but are unable to approve/deny/hold
- Once you select their form status; click Invite to send the User an Invitation to the Form
