- (2909) When opening a form with the status of approved, held, or rejected from the Dashboard Inbox and the user is navigated automatically to the full Inbox, the form moves to the "All items" tab. This can be confusing and appear that the form is missing.
- (7853) When a user has multiple browser tabs open to the Omnidek Inbox and a task is saved/submitted from one Inbox it is not removed from the other tab's Inbox. This allows the user to save/submit the same task more than once, resulting in one of the forms breaking and becoming not usable. Workaround is to only work out of one tab/Inbox and refresh before saving tasks to ensure you have only tasks that have not been previously submitted.
