Quick Start: Logging In with Omnidek
Go to your site.
Click “Log in with Omnidek.”

Enter your existing username and password.
Saved passwords won’t work the first time.
If you forgot your password, click Reset Password on the screen.
Once you log in successfully, your browser can save your password for future logins.
✅ Your credentials have not changed — only the login screen looks different.
New Login Powered by Auth0
We’ve updated our portal login to use Auth0, a trusted authentication platform that makes sign-ins more secure and reliable.
What’s Changing
Auth0 login screen: You’ll see a new Auth0-branded page when signing in.
Same portal, new entry point: Once logged in, you’ll find all your tools and data exactly where they’ve always been.
How to Log In with the New Omnidek Login Screen
We’ve updated the login process for your site. While the credentials you use to log in have not changed, the steps will look a little different. Follow the instructions below to get started.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Site
Go to your usual site link. You’ll now see a login page that looks slightly different.
Step 2: Select “Log in with Omnidek”
On the login screen, click the Log in with Omnidek button to continue.
Step 3: Enter Your Existing Credentials
You’ll be redirected to another login page. Enter the same username and password you’ve always used.
Note: On this initial login, your browser’s saved password feature will not work.
Step 4: Reset Password if Needed
If you don’t remember your password, select Forgot password? from the prompt on the screen and follow the instructions.
Step 5: You're In!
Now that you are logged in, you can work in your site as usual. Once you’ve logged in successfully for the first time, your browser’s password storage or autofill feature will work as expected for future logins.
✅ Reminder: Your credentials haven’t changed — only the login process has a new look.
