Manage Categories
Added a new modal that allows users to edit, delete, or reassign form categories.
Search In Org Chart
Added a search bar to the Organizations chart to easily locate users within their current organization. Selecting a user from the search now highlights them in the chart and opens their user panel on the right.
Published Form Grouping
Added a new way to distinguish published and unpublished forms on the home screen.
Channel Organization
Added better organization to saved asset channels by grouping them by asset type.
User Form Assignment
Added the ability to manage form assignments by user.
Form Designer Sorting
Added the ability to sort forms in the Form Designer by clicking on column headers.
Portal Chat
In Portal Designer, admins can create a chat for a portal and assign a group of users as moderators. The chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the portal serves as a support chat, enabling communication between portal users and the moderators.
Valid Values
Added the ability for users to define custom valid values in the Form Designer answer type property settings. Once values are added, the field automatically becomes a dropdown in both the designer and during form submission.
Reference Field Changes
Updated terminology in the Question Properties panel by changing “Reference Name” to “Name” and renaming “Reference” to “Expression Reference” for improved clarity.Manage forms assignment by user. Admin > Users > User Access > Have a tab to manage forms.

Enabled longer Expression Reference labels (e.g., @Total) and defaulted new Expression References to the Name field.
Users can now use hardcoded references like @VEN_NAME and reference cluster data even from outside the cluster.
New Filtering on Assets in Clusters
Users can now filter dropdowns in clusters based on their own criteria. For asset fields, a new section called Default Filters is available where users can configure filter options.
To configure filters, navigate to the asset field in Form Designer and use the Default Filters section to set up filters based on the data type of the asset columns.
After adding filters, the curated list of default filters is displayed, and any filter can be removed as needed.
Once the filters are applied, the dropdown is constrained by the configured conditions.

For Intacct clusters, each header field now has its own Expression Reference and can be used in number question expressions
Added the ability to use dropdown fields within a cluster to filter Asset Selects, Details, and Edits outside of the cluster.
