CHOOSE YOUR STAKEHOLDER
Every implementation needs a point person — someone who learns the platform, owns the setup, and becomes the internal resource for their team. This doesn't have to be an IT person. It just needs to be someone who knows your processes, can make decisions, and is ready to dig in. We'll make sure they feel confident before we hand things off.
IMPLEMENTATION MILESTONES
Here's the general phases of our implementation process:
| 1 | INTAKE & SETUP | You complete the Intake Form. We set up your site, configure branding, connect integrations, and sync your data |
| 2 | DISCOVERY | You complete the Discovery Worksheet. We use that information to prepare for your first meeting where we will consult on your processes |
| 3 | WORKING MEETINGS | Two hours of guided meetings with our team to get your first 1-2 processes built and tested. General training will be available at recurring times each week |
| 4 | GO-LIVE | We finalize forms and workflows, onboard users, update sync to production if necessary |
| 5 | ONGOING SUPPORT | Email support, weekly Office Hours, and optional professional services are available after launch |
THREE HOUR IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGE
Discovery Meeting
Before this call, you'll complete our Discovery Worksheet, which gives us everything we need to understand your process and hit the ground running. During this one-hour session, we'll review your goals together, map out the process we're building, and create a clear action plan. After the call, we may follow up to request any additional information needed before moving forward.
Working Meeting/s
Once we've reviewed additional information from Discovery, we'll schedule a working session to walk through your forms together, make final adjustments, and button everything up. This time is flexible - it may be one session or split into two shorter ones depending on where things stand.
By the end of your working meetings, the goal is for your administrator to leave with a solid understanding of what was built and how to manage it day to day. You'll also have ongoing access to our weekly Office Hours and our knowledge base to support you as you get comfortable with the platform.

OFFICE HOURS - FREE FOR ALL CLIENTS
Every week we host open Office Hours sessions available to all clients at no cost. Each session covers a different area of the software, giving you and your team an opportunity to learn at your own pace and ask questions in a live setting. Topics rotate weekly so there's always something new to explore, whether you're just getting started or looking to get more out of the platform.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
For clients who want extra hands-on help, we offer professional services billed by the hour or in pre-purchased blocks at a discounted rate. We also offer custom XML development for processes that go beyond our standard integration, including custom data flows, API connections, third-party integrations, and automated reporting. Custom services include a monthly hosting fee that covers ongoing maintenance and support.

INTACCT INTEGRATION SETUP - SYNC YOUR DATA FROM SAGE
Before we can meet, we need to verify connection and integration with your Intacct instance. We will need:
Step 1 - Authorize Our Integration
- In Intacct, go to Company > Setup > Configuration > Company > Security
- Click Edit in the top right corner
- Scroll down to Web Services Authorization
- Click Add and enter the Sender ID: omnidekISV
Step 2 - Create a Web Services User
- In Intacct, go to Company > Admin > Users, Roles, and Groups > Web Services User
- Click Add in the top right corner
- Use Integrations@omnidek.com as the email address
- Assign the user an Admin role, or create a custom role with the permissions needed for your processes
Note: The web service user does not count toward your Intacct user license. You may see a prompt suggesting it increases cost - it does not.
SYNCING TO A SANDBOX OR IMPLEMENTATION ENVIRONMENT?
HEADS UP! If you're starting in a sandbox or implementation environment, we can sync there to build and test before going live. Just keep in mind that switching to production requires additional time to clear test data, reconnect, and reapply settings. Reapplying those settings will require coordination between your team and our developer, so plan for this ahead of your go-live date — we'll walk you through it when the time comes.
FILL OUT INTAKE FORM
To get started, you'll fill out our Intake Form. Here's what to have ready:
- Your preferred branding and site name
- Your Intacct Web Service User and Sender ID
- Your anticipated go-live date
- A selection of 1-2 processes you'd like to implement first
Once we receive your Intake Form, we'll set up your branded site and sync your Intacct data. We'll then send you a Discovery Worksheet to complete before your first meeting. If you have any questions while filling out the Intake Form, we can schedule a quick technical meeting to help.
