Admin & Organization Management

Email visibility: User email addresses are now displayed in the Users section of the Organization area.
Improved user search: Search now includes user email addresses. Searching for a user will select the organization they belong to. (Automatic navigation to the Users tab within the organization is planned for a future release.)
Assign groups at invite: When inviting a new user, groups (crowds) can now be assigned directly during the invitation process. The same capability has been added to Pending Requests to Join, so groups can be assigned when approving a request.

The Admin section has been redesigned with an updated tab layout.
Theme Settings has been relocated from the outer side navigation into the Admin section. Permissions for Theme Settings can now be configured like other admin permissions.

Admins can toggle a user's out-of-office status and assign a proxy user on their behalf.
Users can set their own out-of-office status — either for an individual client or for all clients at once.
Users can view their assigned proxy, as well as who they are serving as a proxy for, from their profile.
When a workflow routes to an out-of-office user, it is automatically delivered to their assigned proxy in addition.
Note: Proxy routing does not currently respect user-specific tags. Additional setup may be required if tags are enabled in your workflows.

New Admin Securities

Added a Pending Approvers column and Current Notes to the admin Submissions grid.

"Is Null" condition fix: The "is null" workflow condition no longer requires an additional value selection.
Expanded Send Email action: The Send Email workflow action can now send to a user, organization, or crowd.

New section properties: Sections can now be named, and borders can be shown or hidden. Border color and size are also configurable.
Conditional sections: Sections can now be shown or hidden conditionally based on the answer to a Yes/No (true/false) question.

Additional header properties: Headers can now be configured to display the Form ID and Submission ID.

Field instructions: Instructions can now be added to cluster fields/columns. Instructions display in both the form designer and the live form. In tab view, instructions appear directly after the question caption; in grid view, hover over the field to display its instructions.
Renameable groups: Group labels for Customer, Project, and Vendor clusters can now be renamed.

Signature questions: Required signature questions now require a typed name before the form can be submitted. The "Anonymous" pre-populated name for anonymous users has been removed.
Asset dropdowns: Removed the "Load More" behavior on long asset lists and added a search capability to asset dropdown questions.
Linked assets: Fixed a bug where linked access assets could be deleted from relationships; this is now prevented.

Inbox count fix: The inbox count for portal users now correctly syncs with the actual inbox item count.
