Display & Usability

Improved app scaling. The application now renders correctly across different screen resolutions, including mobile devices, with properly sized fonts and layout.

Expand All / Collapse All in the organization list view for quicker navigation.
Improved list search. Search now reliably finds and highlights the matching organization, including inactive organizations.
Flexible user and form access (Inherit / Yes / No). Form access can now be inherited from the organization or explicitly set to Yes or No at the user level. You can revert an individual setting back to Inherit at any time. Bulk actions — Inherit All, Yes to All, and No to All — apply to the users on the current page.

Search by workflow name. Workflow searches now match on workflow names.
Vendor create/update option. Workflows can now be configured for vendor creation or vendor updates (see Vendor Management below).
Simplified condition logic. Workflow conditions now use a clear "has value — True / False" option. Existing workflows are updated automatically.
Fixed: copied workflows now retain all of their lines.
Fixed: the unsaved-changes prompt no longer appears when no changes have been made.

Cluster field groupings. Organize cluster header fields into custom groups — create groups, move fields between them, and control the display order.
Multiple conditions on conditional sections. A conditional section can now use two or more conditions, with the option to require all conditions or any one condition to be met before the section displays.
Movable attachment field. Place the attachment field anywhere on the form.
New Address answer type for capturing structured address data.
New filter operators: Ends With, Does Not End With, and Regex (regular expression), available across assets, cluster answer types, and System Master Detail.
Clearable date fields. Date values can now be cleared with a single click across all date fields, clusters, System Master Detail, and asset filters.
Smarter save prompts. The "save changes?" prompt now appears only when you've actually made a change.
Fixed: cluster display names left blank now revert to their previous value instead of becoming uneditable.
Fixed: address fields now save correctly inside tab containers.

First-column totals now display in form submissions without needing a placeholder column.
Refined required-field highlighting. Only the specific unfilled question is highlighted, rather than the entire set of rows.
Icons repositioned to the left for a cleaner layout.

Refreshed styling for clusters and captions, including updated font sizes, background colors, and title colors.
Improved tab containers. The remove icon now sits directly on each tab, and copy-tab hover behavior has been fixed.
Fixed: default values on Grant Award and Grant Award PO clusters now carry into form submissions even when the column is not set as editable.
Fixed: required questions inside hidden conditional sections no longer block form submission.

Vendor create and update in one flow. Approvers can now choose whether a submission creates a new vendor or updates an existing one.
Smart vendor matching. When updating, the system suggests likely vendor matches ranked by relevance, based on details such as vendor name, tax ID, address, and contact information. Matches are color-coded — green for a full match, orange for a partial match — so you can confirm the right record at a glance.
Safe, non-destructive updates. Only the fields you provide are updated. Fields left blank on the form will not overwrite or clear existing vendor data.

Expanded reference details, now including Organization, Crowds, Portals, and Proxy.
Quick navigation from a reference directly to its related screen — including the full organization hierarchy — with links shown according to your permissions.
Highlighted search results make matching terms easier to spot.

Stay on your current page. Deleting a form or record no longer sends you back to the first page — you remain on the page (or tab) you were working on.
Snippets and categories stay open after saving, so you can keep working without interruption.
