When an administrator invites you to join an Omnidek network, you will receive an invitation email. Follow the steps below to accept the invitation, complete your profile, and create your Omnidek login.
1. Open the Invitation Email
Look for an email from Omnidek with the subject:
Omnidek has invited you to Omnidek
The invitation will be sent from:
Open the email and select JOIN.
Tip: If you do not see the invitation in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.
2. Complete Your Omnidek Profile
After selecting JOIN, you will be taken to the Omnidek invitation page.
You will see the message:
You have been invited to join this network
Complete the required information:
- First Name – Enter your first name.
- Last Name – Enter your last name.
- Title – Enter your job title, if applicable.
- Add Photo – Add a profile photo, if desired.
You may also have the option to set a default signature.
When you have finished entering your information, select Next.
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
3. Create Your Login Account
After completing your Omnidek profile, you will be directed to an Auth0 account creation page.
Auth0 is the authentication service used to create and securely manage your Omnidek login credentials.
On the Create Account page:
- Verify your Email address.
- Enter a password in the Create Password field.
- Select Continue.
Important: Use the same email address that received the Omnidek invitation.
About the Auth0 Page
You may notice that this page looks different from the Omnidek application and includes Auth0 branding. This is expected. Auth0 is used during the account setup process to create your login credentials.
4. Sign In to Omnidek
After completing the account setup, you can sign in to Omnidek using the email address and password you created.
Your organization's administrator will determine which Omnidek features, forms, and information are available to you.
